Groeneveld Castle is an eighteenth-century country house where regents once lived. Nowadays, it is an accessible place set within a green estate designed in English landscape style.
Around the castle, you can walk along winding paths past lawns, old trees and ponds. Along the driveway lies the restored kitchen garden, a peaceful spot full of colours and scents. In the Grand Café you can enjoy coffee, lunch or something sweet.
Inside the castle you will find exhibitions about nature and landscape, complemented by temporary exhibitions and activities. There is also plenty for children to discover, such as a treasure hunt in the park and a gnome house in the attic.
