Paasheuvel Memorial column and bell - Nunspeet

The bronze bell was inaugurated as a monument in 1947 on Whit Sunday. On 24 September 1983, a bronze commemoration column, designed by Bé van Aalderen and cast by the Dutch bellfoundry Eijsbouts in Asten, was erected next to the bell. The column has the names of more than 400 AJC members killed during the war engraved on it.

Upon entering the camping site, you will soon see a thatched house on a hill (Paasheuvel) . The commemoration column and the bell are to the right of the entrance.
