On the edge of Renswoude stands the impressive Renswoude Castle, built in 1654 in Dutch classical style. The unique design gives the castle two faces: the front with towers has a stately castle appearance, while the white-plastered rear resembles an elegant country house.

The castle stands on an island, surrounded by a moat that flows into a pond, set within a landscaped park woodland. From the castle, a long sightline runs through the park towards the Grebbelinie, clearly showing the historical connection of the landscape.

The estate also features other characteristic elements, such as a dovecote, a gazebo and historic outbuildings.
