With this cycle route, you will discover the Brabant Dune Farmers area: the area around the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. Besides the beautiful nature of this National Park, there are also plenty of farmers here. Indeed, when the Loonse en Drunense Duinen were granted the status of National Park, this was the reason for many farmers to start working closely with nature managers. The region now counts more than 180 ‘Dune Farmers’, who co-manage the area. Get on your bike and be surprised by the beautiful dune area, where several entrepreneurs participate with the quality label ‘Brabants Duingoed, van de Duinboeren’. The route takes you past fun and tasty places where you can taste the region. Organic tomatoes at Natuurlijk Tomaat, the tastiest strawberries and raspberries at TerraVie or pick your own fruit and vegetables at Boshoeve Sprankenhof. Along the way, enjoy the peace, space and great views in the Huis ter Heide nature reserve and, of course, the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. A lovely cycle route with both feet in the sand!
